Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, marketing, communications or related field.
• 3 years of experience in project or program management including 2 years of experience in any of the following related fields: utility, customer service, science, engineering, or marketing
• Experience in utility industry with a customer-related focus is preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record based on driving requirements for the position

Responsibilities

• Create and manage energy efficiency programs, focusing on HVAC technologies and systems.
• Include program design, process development and system integration, marketing and communications, contract management, daily operations, payment processing, and reporting of results.
• Senior Program Specialist acts as the subject matter expert with HVAC knowledge and applications.
