Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in energy efficiency programs.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience with state energy regulators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of energy efficiency programs with a $100+ million annual budget.
• Oversee delivery of programs to meet Clean Energy Act Targets.
• Coordinate operational functions across several teams.
