Job summary

New York Technology Partners is seeking a Program Administrator – Energy Efficiency in New Brunswick, NJ for a full-time role. You will coordinate with stakeholders to meet monthly targets, interface with clients, and perform QA reviews to ensure program integrity.

You will update guidance documents, manage document approvals, and analyze pipeline data. A strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration is required to drive program savings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience with up to 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate programs, manage documents, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in energy efficiency or utility program delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet monthly program targets.
• Interface with clients and maintain regular meeting cadence and communication.
• Validate projects meet program requirements and conduct QA reviews.
• Update manuals, guidelines, FAQs, and other documents as needed.
• Coordinate with clients to keep program documents up to date.
• Manage document review/approval processes with clients.
• Review and analyze pipeline data and reporting.
• Track, investigate, and resolve customer and Trade Ally escalations.
• Understand all aspects of project processing and savings methodologies.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
