New Jersey Resources' NJNG is seeking an Energy Efficiency Residential Specialist to support across Residential Programs and collaborate with the residential team.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in SAVEGREEN programs, explaining plans, data reporting and coordinating with contractors to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with residential HVAC or energy efficiency programs preferred.
• BPI certification preferred; required within six months.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Effective verbal communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and business needs.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Residential SAVEGREEN programs.
• Explain SAVEGREEN plan details to customers and stakeholders.
• Support customers through the complete cycle of program participation.
• Review and explain SAVEGREEN audit findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with program contractors and participants; maintain relations.
• Provide program status reporting with data metrics and KPI tracking.
• Understand PMSS and SWC systems for data exchange.
• Support marketing and outreach activities for SAVEGREEN.
• Document residential program procedures.
