Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing energy efficiency programs.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or people-leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead NJNG’s Residential Energy Efficiency programs.
• Supervise program staff, contractors, and engineers.
• Analyze information and recommend strategic changes.
• Prepare regulatory data requests and engage with external stakeholders.
