Job summary

SEEL, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead the implementation and operations of a residential energy efficiency program in New Jersey. You will drive energy savings within budget, supervise the local team, and manage external partners and client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings an established background in operations and program management, strong financial acumen, and a dedication to energy efficiency. Travel 10-15% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in project management, customer service, and/or energy efficiency.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets or P&L.
  • Excellent communication across all organizational levels and departments.
  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of energy efficiency programs, forecast budgets and energy savings targets.
  • Manage internal team and partnerships, track KPIs and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Data, Engineering, and Talent Management to fund and resource projects.
  • Perform related work as required.
