Job summary

New Jersey Resources Corp. is seeking a Supervisor for Energy Efficiency Residential Programs to lead NJNG's energy efficiency initiatives, overseeing vendors, QA/QC, budgeting and performance tracking.

The role supports regulatory engagement and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setting at Wall Corporate Office. The ideal candidate has a related bachelor’s degree, 3+ years’ program experience and 1+ year of supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting or managing energy efficiency programs.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead work on energy efficiency programs by staff, contractors, engineers and office support.
• Develop and execute program processes, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures.
• Coordinate with joint utility committees and partner electric utilities for program delivery.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting and QA/QC for program cycles and metrics.
• Support marketing outreach and business development for energy efficiency programs.
• Address escalated customer inquiries and ensure contractor remediation alignment.
