Franklin Energy is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field personnel installing energy efficient equipment. You will manage onboarding training, scheduling, and inventory to ensure timely, quality installations.

The role involves inspections, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to crews. Requirements include a high school diploma (advanced degree preferred) and at least three years in related energy/utility sectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in installing technologies is required or preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage onboarding training for new hires.
• Supervise scheduling operations including air sealing, direct install, and site assessments.
• Manage inventory to ensure tools and products are available for installations.
• Conduct inspections of field personnel to monitor performance and quality.
• Provide technical assistance to crews and approve installation documentation.
• Approve timesheets, expense reports, and time off requests.
• Collaborate with other Field Supervisors to share best practices and improve operations.
• Perform combustion safety testing, air sealing, and direct installation as needed.
• Conduct site assessments and direct installations when required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize fleet vehicles.
