Job summary

You will lead sales conversations, secure service contracts, install simple energy-saving devices during assessments, and handle paperwork; requires valid MA driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• MASS Save program knowledge a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments.
• Model homes in energy efficiency software and generate reports.
• Recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation and high-efficiency HVAC.
• Initiate sale and secure service contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on energy efficiency benefits.
• Install energy-saving products during assessments and complete paperwork.
