Job summary

Kawi-Energy-Group-Corp is seeking an Outreach Professional in New Jersey to grow energy-efficiency projects. You will cultivate relationships with trade allies, manage project leads, and coordinate with a Project Coordinator to gather required information.

Travel up to 50% of the time, with on-site and remote work in NJ; candidates must reside in New Jersey and be prepared for field visits, data entry, and presenting program benefits to customers.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Business or Technical field or 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or similar.
• 1+ years’ experience working with energy efficiency or energy efficient products with a utility, government, non-profit or public agency.
• Must have valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with trade allies to maximize submitted projects.
• Develop projects directly with our client’s customers.
• Field industry events on behalf of TRC and client.
• Learn and utilize CRM database for project and lead management.
• Cultivate, track and manage program leads diligently.
• Oversee projects submitted by customers/trade allies.
