Job summary

Walker-Miller Energy Services is seeking an experienced Outreach Manager to lead residential energy efficiency program outreach in southern New Jersey. The role requires 3–5 years in outreach and proven team leadership to guide 8–10 specialists, with strong engagement and communication skills.

You will develop campaigns, build community partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to meet program goals while reporting progress to management and clients. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in outreach/engagement, preferably energy efficiency.
• 1–3 years leading a team with onboarding and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and engagement for a large-scale residential energy efficiency program in New Jersey.
• Develop and implement campaigns to maximize customer acquisition.
• Provide supervision and training to a team of 8–10 outreach specialists.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing; develop weekly progress reports.
