Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Auditor I to service small business tenants and utility customers, delivering expert energy efficiency recommendations and coordinating program participation. You will conduct walk-through assessments, install efficiency devices, and communicate energy savings and rebate options to clients.

The role requires collaboration with building owners, data entry into tracking systems, and on-site installation of fixtures.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• +
• BPI Fundamentals or above certification preferred.
• +
• Energy efficiency experience in building envelope, HVAC or related fields desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and complete energy assessments.

• Provide energy advice to owners/managers and explain rebates.
• +
• Install energy-saving devices and conduct direct installations as needed.
• +
• Enter data into tracking systems and prepare summaries for clients.
