Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Auditor I to provide services to small business tenants, building owners and utility customers. You will deliver expert energy efficiency advice, coordinate program participation, and perform walk-through assessments with on-site installations.

This role includes detailed data entry, on-site communication with property managers, and collaboration with engineers to identify savings opportunities and promote energy efficiency rebates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Residential building construction Heating and Air Conditioning System install, sales or service experience preferred.
• BPI Fundamentals or above and other energy designations (HEP, Envelope, etc.) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy efficiency programs through scheduled assessments.
• Provide energy efficiency advice to building owners and managers.
• Deliver high-quality services to utility customers.
• Complete walkthrough assessments identifying gas and electric saving opportunities.
• Install energy-saving devices (lighting, thermostats, etc.).
• Explain energy assessment findings and rebates to clients.
