Job summary

Franklin Energy seeks an Energy Auditor I to perform walk-through energy assessments for small business tenants and building owners. You will provide expert advice, promote rebates, and install energy-saving devices such as lighting and thermostats on site.

Responsibilities include communicating findings to clients, documenting opportunities, and collaborating with program managers to improve operations and participation in energy efficiency programs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Residential building construction or HVAC experience preferred.
• BPI Fundamentals or above required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy efficiency programs and complete energy assessments.
• Install energy-saving devices and conduct on-site energy saving measures.
• Enter data into spreadsheets/databases to track savings and projects.
