Zusammenfassung

Cascade Energy seeks an Engineer II with Energy Efficiency and RCx experience to work with clients, assess operations, and identify opportunities for maximizing energy efficiency in industrial and/or commercial facilities. You will lead projects, develop optimization models, and write feasibility reports while contributing to peer review and quality control.

The role is full-time with no office requirement; travel ~20% and residency in NY, NJ, CT, PA, RI, MA, VT, or southern ME is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of engineering experience, preferably in energy or energy-related fields.
• Technical knowledge of refrigeration, compressed air, steam systems, and data-logging of results.
• Experience in energy efficiency in industrial/commercial facilities.
• Experience doing retro-commissioning (RCx) and SEM.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects with overall management, direction, and accountability.
• Compute energy savings using established tools and methodologies.
• Engage with clients on-site to identify energy-efficiency opportunities.
• Grow client relationships and identify opportunities for more work.
• Explain complex topics and produce energy-efficiency reports; collect performance data.
