CMC Energy Services in Hillsborough Township, NJ seeks an Energy Advisor I/II to drive participation in utility energy efficiency programs for commercial and industrial facilities. The role provides expert energy guidance and coordinates program activities with customers, contractors, and utility program managers.

The position requires delivering assessments, promoting programs, and managing documentation to move projects toward completion.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of industrial energy systems or related sales experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with databases

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and participating customers and contractors.
• Promote utility programs to commercial and industrial facilities within assigned territories with technical support.
• Perform assessments and facilitate program presentations; complete program applications with documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service through the utility process and energy usage discussions.
• Coordinate and manage projects including contractors, permitting and equipment as needed.
• Perform on-site energy assessments to identify cost-effective measures for incentives.
• Develop outreach tactics to recruit customers and trade allies.
• Achieve program goals and forecast future targets.
• Prepare written summaries for customers and clients as required.
