Job summary

CMC Energy Services is seeking an Energy Advisor I/II to promote utility energy efficiency programs for commercial and industrial facilities. You will act as the primary contact, perform on-site energy assessments, and coordinate projects from initial contact through incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in call center or customer service, preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and databases; able to enter and track information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for potential and participating customers and contractors.
• Promote utility programs to commercial/industrial facilities within assigned territories with technical support.
• Perform assessments, schedule presentations, and facilitate program applications for participation.
• Coordinate projects with contractors, permitting, and other items to completion.
• Conduct on-site energy assessments to identify cost-effective efficiency measures for incentives.
• Travel to customer sites; engage in outreach and networking events as requested.
