Kawi-Energy-Group-Corp seeks an Energy Efficiency Advisor to drive customer energy-saving projects across New Jersey. You will build relationships with trade allies and clients, manage CRM data, and present program opportunities to drive project activity.

Responsibilities include field visits, data entry, and collaboration with project coordinators to gather required information, while ensuring compliance and safety during site work in a dynamic energy-efficiency program environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in energy efficiency or energy efficient products with a utility, government, non-profit or public agency.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.
• Proficient with CRM database and data entry.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Foster relationships with trade allies to maximize submitted projects.
• Develop projects directly with our client's customers.
• Field industry events on behalf of TRC and client.
• Learn and utilize CRM database for project and lead management.
• Cultivate, track and manage program leads diligently.
• Oversee projects submitted by customers/trade allies.
• Work with an assigned Project Coordinator to gather required information/documentation.
• Validate and review project workbooks for accuracy.
• Place outbound calls to new and existing customers to meet energy saving targets.
• Travel within New Jersey territory for site visits and meetings.
• Develop and deliver program presentations to spur project activity.
• Respond to customer inquiries to move projects towards completion.
