Job summary

Hopkins Propane, a Meritum Energy Holdings company in Eufaula, OK, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative. The role involves interacting with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, assisting walk-ins, and supporting bottle dock operations as needed.

Our Customer Service Representatives are committed to service, efficiency and safety, requiring a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone settings preferred.
• Experience in propane/fuel/energy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Assists walk-in customers, processes cylinder sales and payments, and supports bottle dock operations as needed.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; forwards to the assigned specialist when needed.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries and comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
