Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone settings preferred.
• Experience in oil and propane industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Forward customer questions to the assigned specialist or appropriate staff.
• Address customer questions and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions and inquiries.
