Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume phone environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, or in person with product information.
• Enter orders for products or services accurately.
• Support peak periods with higher call and order volume.
• Resolve customer questions and, if needed, route to specialists.
• Update and maintain customer records with care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
