Job summary

Hopkins Propane, a Meritum Energy Holdings company in Eufaula, OK, is seeking a motivated customer service representative. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and serves as a liaison between customers and the company
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services
• Assists walk-in customers, processes cylinder sales and payments, and supports bottle dock operations as needed
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Performs other related duties as assigned
