Job summary

Meritum Energy Holdings, Hopkins Propane in Eufaula, OK, seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, process orders, and support bottle dock operations. You will assist walk-in customers and manage cylinder sales while maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring service excellence.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service; propane/energy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings preferred.
• Experience in propane, fuel, or energy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services; serve as liaison between customers and the company.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Assist walk-in customers, process cylinder sales and payments, and support bottle dock operations as needed.
• Field customer questions and complaints; forward to the assigned specialist or appropriate staff as needed.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns in addition to assisting walk-in customers and supporting bottle dock operations as needed.
