Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, HR, communications, psychology or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in change management, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles.
• Effective organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel up to 15% for project sites and training.
• Construction industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of change management plans aligned with EBO initiatives.
• Assist with stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Support the collection, organization, and analysis of data related to adoption, engagement, and feedback.
• Support the development of changes in communications and training materials.
• Support the development of sustainment plans.
• Support the tracking of change management activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist with maintaining change management documentation, templates, and logs.
• Support change-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or resistance related to change initiatives.
• Apply foundational change management concepts and tools (e.g., ADKAR) with guidance.
