Job summary

Moss is a national privately held construction firm delivering innovative solutions across luxury high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality and energy projects. As a Change Management Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, you will support Energy Business Optimization initiatives with analysis, documentation, and coordinated change plans.

You will work under a Change Management Specialist and contribute to adoption, communications, training materials, and sustainment plans while applying ADKAR concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, HR, Communications or related field (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years in change management, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with AI is preferred; construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of change management plans aligned with EBO initiatives.
• Assist with stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Support data collection, organization, and analysis related to adoption, engagement, and feedback.
• Assist in developing changes in communications and training materials.
• Support development of sustainment plans and tracking of activities.
• Maintain change management documentation, templates, and logs.
• Support change-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify and elevate risks or resistance related to change initiatives.
• Apply foundational change management concepts (e.g., ADKAR) with guidance.
