• Basic understanding of change management principles; experience with AI is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of change management plans aligned with EBO initiatives.
• Assist with stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Support data collection, organization, and analysis related to adoption, engagement, and feedback.
• Help develop changes in communications and training materials.
• Contribute to sustainment plans and change management documentation.
