Job summary

The role requires a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to operate a CMMS. Experience with plant safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to use a computerized maintenance management system.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Energy Center safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with operators to ensure consistent shift operations.
• Follow plant policies and keep the plant clean and organized.
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals.
• Monitor plant equipment via DCS/PLC and take logs daily.
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of plant systems.
• Support QA, safety, and environmental programs and report issues.
