Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to support energy usage review and best-practice implementation for client accounts, working with the owner’s staff on O&M and energy management across facilities.

You will collaborate with facility operators, subcontractors, and EPC/ECM teams to optimize operations, maintain manuals, and coordinate on-site troubleshooting. A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication will thrive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with facility operators, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in ongoing training of Facility Operators.
• Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
• Coordinate ECM implementation with O&M team.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support services.
• Review daily energy usage and advise on best practices and operational changes.
• Direct the day-to-day work of the on-site O&M team.
