Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Customer service oriented with ability to interface with all levels of the customer organization.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and approve utility invoices accurately and timely.
• Investigate billing errors and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain location discount schedules and tariff data monthly.
• Collaborate with rates specialists to update tariff records.
• Provide timely responses and superior service to customers.
• Track missing invoices from providers.
• Support internal projects and system/process improvements.
