Resource Energy Systems seeks an Energy Billing Analyst to support tenant billing calculations across electric, gas, solar, water, and HVAC for a national real estate portfolio. You will prepare budgets, reforecasts, and variance analyses while maintaining tariff data and property records.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, detail orientation, and the ability to interface with clients at all levels. You will assist in ad hoc analyses and internal projects, shaping our energy management

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Energy, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or similar analytical discipline preferred.
• Experience with accounting concepts or commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to interface with all levels within client organizations.
• Excellent time management, project management and follow-through skills.

Aufgaben

• Energy billing calculations for electric, gas, solar, water and HVAC for tenants within our national footprint of real estate.
• Prepare client utility budgets and reforecasts and perform related variance analysis.
• Monthly maintenance of utility tariff data and property information for reporting accuracy.
• Review lease language to ensure tenants are billed in accordance with leases.
• Resolve utility account issues with utility companies and bill processing firms.
• Participate in client or internal projects to advance organizational goals; may include metering, system analysis, and shopping center allocation analysis.
• Energy performance reporting for clients and related usage/cost trend analyses.
• Ad hoc reporting in response to client requests.
• Other responsibilities may include load study analysis, software development assistance, and client presentations.
