Job summary

Budderfly is seeking a Tariff Analyst to maintain our rate tariff repository and ensure accurate tariff options across utilities. You will research new tariffs, coordinate with onboarding for optimal rate structures, and review tariff-related billing data to fix errors.

You will collaborate with the onboarding, billing, and development teams to implement system changes and keep customers informed about tariff updates. A Bachelor's degree or related utility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rate repository for all rate tariffs for utilities we do business with.
• Research all new utilities for rate tariff options using multiple sources.
• Coordinate with Onboarding to onboard accounts with best possible rate structures.
• Review and correct rate errors on monthly customer bills.
• Track tariff changes and communicate updates to customers.
• Collaborate with Development to implement system changes for tariff-related information.
• Act as main point of contact with utilities for tariff updates and inquiries.
