Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Auditor I to serve small business tenants and building owners. You will conduct walk-through energy assessments, install energy-saving devices, and guide customers through rebate programs and energy efficiency offerings.

You will communicate findings, work with property managers, and support program administration while maintaining professional appearance and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Certifications such as HEP or Building Analyst preferred.
• BPI Fundamentals or higher required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote energy efficiency programs during scheduled assessments.
• Perform on-site energy assessments and install efficiency devices.
• Explain energy savings and rebates to customers.
• Enter project data into spreadsheets and databases.
• Maintain professional appearance and on-site rapport with customers.
• Lead presentations promoting efficiency programs.
