Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Auditor I to perform on-site energy assessments for small businesses and property owners, recommending efficiency upgrades and rebate participation. The role includes walk-through assessments, device installations, and clear communication of findings to clients.

Responsibilities include data entry, teamwork, and on-site presentations, with travel up to 75% to client facilities. An Associate's degree or equivalent and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• One of the following: residential building construction; HVAC install, sales or service; or related energy entries.
• Certifications in energy efficiency designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site energy assessments for small businesses and facilities.
• Install energy efficient devices and participate in rebates programs.
• Explain findings and energy savings to customers.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and databases for tracking savings.
• Travel to customer sites as needed; maintain professionalism on-site.
• Collaborate with team to improve operations and reporting.
