The role emphasizes customer service, data entry, and collaboration with engineers, with travel up to 75%. Associates degree required; 1–2 years in related field preferred; valid driver's license and proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years in marketing, community organizing, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, interviewing and communication skills; able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Promote energy efficiency programs through scheduled assessments.
• Provide energy efficiency advice to building owners and managers.
• Deliver high-quality services to utility customers.
• Complete on-site energy assessments to identify energy saving opportunities.
• Explain energy assessment findings and rebates to clients.
• Enter data into spreadsheets/databases to track savings and current projects.
• Lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs to targeted groups.
