Uniphore is seeking a Client Director to own and grow a major enterprise energy-sector account. You will be the primary contact, driving adoption of Uniphore’s AI platform and expanding the account through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell with a consultative, outcomes-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS/account management or sales.
• 5+ years managing C-suite relationships in large accounts.
• Track record of growing accounts through renewals and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-year account strategy for the account.
• Own the full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Deliver $2M–$4M in expansion ARR annually through upsell and cross-sell.
• Develop ROI-driven QBRs that earn executive sponsorship.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams as the “CEO of the account.”
• Forecast adoption, usage, and product trends to surface expansion opportunities.
