Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in sales, customer service, or customer management.
• Proven ability to lead and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and coordination with customers.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with contractors and provide program support.
• Review rebate applications for compliance and provide feedback.
• Guide contractors and customers through initial to post-project steps.
• Improve efficiency and increase compliant applications.
• Develop and lead presentations and host office hours on program rules.
• Create program materials with team and clients.
