Job summary

Crystal Valley is seeking a Full-Time Sales professional in Lake Crystal, MN to grow energy product sales and profitability. You’ll drive customer-focused solutions, expand territory, and maintain margins while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited related program or equivalent experience, at least two years in outside sales, and the ability to understand customers’ problems and propose best-fit solutions. Agricultural background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related program; relevant experience may substitute education.
• Minimum of two years of outside sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customers’ problems and tailor solutions.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

This position is responsible to increase the sales and profitability of energy products and services, maintain appropriate margins, and provide excellent customer service to assigned territory and/or accounts.

Pay Range:

$60-80k starting depending on experience + bonus

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
