Job summary

Crystal Valley is seeking a Full Time Sales trainee in La Salle, MN to learn from our industry-leading Agronomy Sales staff and supplier representatives, building a solid foundation in the agronomy sales business before a permanent territory is assigned.

This trainee program focuses on Crystal Valley’s crop input products, precision ag services, and operations, with a path toward understanding customer needs, product fit, and delivering value to producers.

• Graduation from an accredited related program; experience may substitute for education.
• Desire to obtain CCA Certification.
• Demonstrated experience understanding customers' problems and determining the best fit for their needs.

Full Time Sales La Salle, MN, US

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

This position will learn from our industry-leading veteran Agronomy Sales staff and supplier representatives to work toward understanding the agronomy sales business before being placed in a permanent territory. Understanding Crystal Valley’s business, crop input products, precision ag services and operations will be the focus of the time spent in our trainee program.

Pay Range:$50,000-$65,000/annually

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Desire to obtain CCA Certification
• Demonstrated experience understating customers' unique problems and determining the best fit for their needs
• Agricultural background desirable

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy.
