Job summary

Crystal Valley is seeking an energetic agronomy sales professional in La Salle, MN to provide sound recommendations on seed, crop nutrients and crop protection products, aligning them with customers' farm goals.

The role focuses on customer acquisition and retention, selling agronomy products and related services such as custom application and precision agriculture, with a compensation package that includes commissions and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited related program; practical experience may substitute.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customers' problems and match solutions.
• Agricultural background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound agronomic recommendations to customers for seed, crop nutrients, and crop protection products.
• Sell agronomy products and services, including custom application and precision agriculture solutions.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

This position is responsible for making sound agronomic recommendations to our customers regarding seed, crop nutrients and crop protection products and the sale of the same agronomy products along with custom application and precision ag services.

Pay Range:

$60-85k starting depending on experience + sales commissions

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Demonstrated experience understating customers' unique problems and determining the best fit for their needs
• Agricultural background desirable

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy.
