Job summary

Crystal Valley is seeking a Full Time Sales Trainee in La Salle, MN to learn the agronomy sales business and move toward a permanent territory. You'll gain hands-on exposure to crop input products, precision ag services, and operations while learning from veteran agronomy sales staff.

The role requires graduation from a related program, a valid driver’s license, and the goal of obtaining CCA certification. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, with 401(k) match, profit sharing, paid

This position will learn from our industry-leading veteran Agronomy Sales staff and supplier representatives to work toward understanding the agronomy sales business before being placed in a permanent territory. Understanding Crystal Valley’s business, crop input products, precision ag services and operations will be the focus of the time spent in our trainee program.
