Job summary

Crystal Valley is hiring for a Full Time Sales position in Madelia, MN. The role focuses on learning the agronomy sales business under veteran staff and transitioning into a permanent territory, emphasizing crop inputs, precision ag services, and operations.

The trainee program advances professional development and builds customer relationships. A related degree is required or substituted by experience, with a goal to obtain CCA certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Desire to obtain CCA Certification
• Demonstrated experience understanding customers' unique problems and determining the best fit for their needs
• Agricultural background desirable

Responsibilities

• Learn the agronomy sales business and supplier relationships during trainee period.
• Develop customer relationships and assist in value creation for customers.
• Support professional development through hands-on training in territory management.
• Build proficiency in crop input products, precision ag services and operations.

Salary Range:

$50,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Pay Range:

$50,000-$65,000/annually

This position will learn from our industry-leading veteran Agronomy Sales staff and supplier representatives to work toward understanding the agronomy sales business before being placed in a permanent territory. Understanding Crystal Valley’s business, crop input products, precision ag services and operations will be the focus of the time spent in our trainee program.

Requirements:
