Job summary

Crystal Valley is offering a full-time sales trainee position in Janesville, MN. The program will train in agronomy sales, crop inputs, and precision ag services, with the aim of placing you in a permanent territory.

You will learn from veteran staff and supplier reps and work toward a CCA certification, with a driver’s license and compliance requirements. Salary range is $50,000 to $65,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Desire to obtain CCA Certification
• Demonstrated experience understanding customers' unique problems and determining best fit for their needs
• Agricultural background desirable

This position will learn from our industry-leading veteran Agronomy Sales staff and supplier representatives to work toward understanding the agronomy sales business before being placed in a permanent territory. Understanding Crystal Valley’s business, crop input products, precision ag services and operations will be the focus of the time spent in our trainee program.
