Job summary

Crystal Valley is seeking a full-time Sales Trainee in Jackson, Minnesota. The program will train you in agronomy sales, learning from industry-leading staff and supplier representatives to understand the business before a permanent territory is assigned.

Candidates should have a related program degree or equivalent experience, with a goal to obtain CCA certification, and a driver’s license; an agricultural background is a plus. Company benefits and disability/wellness programs are offered.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

This position will learn from our industry-leading veteran Agronomy Sales staff and supplier representatives to work toward understanding the agronomy sales business before being placed in a permanent territory. Understanding Crystal Valley’s business, crop input products, precision ag services and operations will be the focus of the time spent in our trainee program.

Pay Range

$50,000-$65,000/annually
