Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of veterinary, medical, customer service, or reception experience preferred.
• Previous veterinary reception or animal hospital experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly; create a welcoming front-desk experience.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions.
• Collect patient histories and ensure accurate information is documented.
• Check patients in/out and communicate needs to the veterinary team.
• Process invoices, payments, estimates, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and use practice software accurately.
