Sawnee Animal Clinic in Cumming, GA is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our small-animal practice. You will manage phone communications, schedule appointments, and assist with front-desk duties while supporting compassionate client care and seamless reception flow.

Ideal candidates bring excellent customer service, strong communication, and comfort handling financial transactions in a busy clinic environment; veterinary software experience is a plus.

• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointments, and handle payments to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to support pet health.
• Provide a calming, empathetic presence and treat each pet with care.
