Job summary

Cadence is seeking an on-camera TikTok LIVE Host to sell our hydration lineup from a dedicated Los Angeles studio. You will lead engaging two-hour streams, learn products deeply, run live deals, and interact with a fast-moving comment feed to drive sales.

This role requires high energy, improvisation skills, and the ability to work on-site several nights per week, with a clear path to full-time for top performers. Competitive base pay plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hosting LIVE shopping or on-camera selling: TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Amazon Live, QVC/HSN, Instagram or YouTube Live.
• Proven sales results you can show: GMV, conversion, or clear metrics.
• Ability to host for 2+ hours without a script with high energy and focus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and launch events.
• Able to work on-site at our Los Angeles studio and taste demo beverages.

Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE shopping shows several times per week, energetic and on-brand from open to close.
• Demo products on camera: mix, pour, taste, compare flavors, explain ingredients and use cases clearly.
• Sell with intent: pin products, call out offers, run flash sales and LIVE-only deals.
• Read the room: respond to comments, answer questions in real time, adjust pacing.
• Run giveaways and engagement moments within TikTok rules and co-host with guests.
• Prepare run-of-show, master product knowledge, check studio setup, and warm up audiences before going live.
• Review LIVE analytics after shows and optimize formats, offers, and show times.
