Job summary

DryWater is seeking a high-energy Live Commerce Host & Content Creator to lead daily TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and Shop sessions from our Irvine HQ. You will demonstrate products, engage with a live audience, and turn viewers into customers through authentic, entertaining content.

You will collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams, build engaging formats, and monitor performance metrics to optimize impact and growth for a fast-growing brand.

• Experience on camera in live video formats is essential.

• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram culture and features.

Responsibilities

• Host daily TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, and Instagram Live sessions.
• Be an energetic on-camera representative of DryWater.
• Demonstrate and explain products, ingredients, benefits, flavors, and use cases.
• Engage with viewers in real time and answer questions.
• Drive product discovery, engagement, and sales through live commerce.
• Create urgency around promotions, bundles, launches, and limited-time offers.
• Develop talking points, games, and other entertaining formats.
• Create short-form TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social content between Live sessions.
• Test hooks, offers, and selling techniques to improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, social, creative, and e-commerce teams.
• Track live performance: viewers, engagement, conversion rate, revenue.

About the Role

This is an on-camera, personality-driven role for someone who loves talking to people, creating content, and selling products.

Your primary responsibility will be hosting TikTok Live and Instagram Live sessions throughout the day, engaging directly with our community, demonstrating DryWater products, educating customers, and turning viewers into customers.

You should be comfortable spending several hours per day on camera and have the energy to keep audiences entertained, engaged, and excited about the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Host daily TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, and Instagram Live sessions
• Be an energetic and authentic on-camera representative of DryWater
• Demonstrate and explain DryWater products, ingredients, benefits, flavors, and use cases
• Engage with viewers in real time and answer customer questions
• Drive product discovery, engagement, and sales through live commerce

• Develop creative concepts, talking points, games, challenges, and other ways to keep Live sessions entertaining
• Create short-form TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social content between Live sessions
• Test different hooks, scripts, offers, and selling techniques to improve performance
• Work closely with the marketing, social, creative, and e-commerce teams
• Track Live performance, including viewers, engagement, conversion rate, and revenue
• Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram, creator, and social-commerce trends

Who Were Looking For

Youre naturally outgoing, confident, entertaining, and comfortable being yourself on camera.

You can talk for hours without losing energy, think quickly on your feet, and make selling feel fun and authentic e consistent with the brand—not scripted or forced.

You should have:

• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• High energy and an outgoing personality
• Confidence speaking live without relying heavily on a script
• A natural ability to entertain, educate, and sell
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media culture
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, hydration, or consumer products
• Ability to learn products quickly and communicate benefits simply
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience with TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, livestreaming, content creation, sales, hosting, or influencer marketing is a major plus

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role isnt just about going Live —its about building an audience and converting attention into customers.

Youll be measured on Live viewership, engagement, follower growth, conversion rate, sales generated, content performance, and your ability to build a loyal community around DryWater.

Location

This is a full-time, in-person position based at DryWater19s headquarters in Irvine, California.

Because this role centers on live content creation, product demonstrations, collaboration with our creative and marketing teams, and frequent livestreams from our studio, remote work is not available. Candidates must be able to work on-site at our Irvine headquarters during regular business hours and as needed for special campaigns, product launches, and live events.

Compensation & Benefits:

At DryWater ae, we offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance, ownership, and long-term impact. For this role, the expected base salary range is $60,000–$72,000, plus performance-based bonus's and comprehensive benefits.
