The Role

As a TikTok Shop Live Stream Host, you will present and sell products during live streams for our Spanish speaking channel, interact with viewers in real time, create excitement around new items and promotions, and deliver a smooth and entertaining shopping experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys live streaming, skin care, retail, social media, or on-camera work. Prior live selling experience is preferred. Personality, energy, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Host live selling sessions on TikTok Shop Live
• Present products clearly, confidently, and professionally on camera
• Lead live product presentations with energy, urgency, and clarity
• Engage with viewers through live comments, questions, bids, purchases, and customer requests
• Collaborate with the team on content ideas, stream strategy, and viewer engagement
• Live moderation - pinning products, setting up flash sales, initiating giveaways, etc

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with live viewers
• Naturally outgoing, energetic, and able to keep the conversation going without a full script
• Strong communication skills and ability to think quickly during live sessions
• Interest & knowledge in skin care, cosmetics, & live commerce
• Live hosting and moderation experience preferred
• Part time position with each live ranging between 3-4 hours.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with TikTok Live, livestreaming, & live moderating
• Strong knowledge & understanding of skin care and ingredients

Compensation

Starting pay is $40-50/hour plus commission, depending on experience, availability, and performance.

Additional compensation may be available based on monthly host competitions and goals!

Schedule

Available part-time with each live host session will be approximately 3-4 hrs.

Work Location:

In person or remote

The studio is in Canoga Park, CA but we are open to remote hosting as well if you have a studio set up. (quiet space, lights, phone & laptop to go live from, etc)
