DryWater in Irvine, CA is seeking a Livestream Operator to own the technical execution of every broadcast from in-studio control rooms. This part-time, hourly W2 role focuses on equipment setup, stream configuration, back-end platform functions during live sales, and supporting on-camera talent to ensure a smooth viewer experience.

You'll move fast, troubleshoot in real time, and contribute to content and flash sales while coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience across film, TV, studio, or live events.
• Confident operating production equipment, software, and livestream platforms independently.
• Ability to work with on-camera talent and create an engaging environment.
• Experience with TikTok Live, YouTube Live, OBS or similar platforms, or quickly learn new tech.
• Great personality and strong communication to engage viewers and drive flash sales in real time.
• Dependable, proactive and execution-focused; shift-based; show up prepared and on time.

About the Role:

DryWater has built a dedicated live commerce studio from the ground up at our new Irvine, California HQ. As our Livestream Operator, you’ll own the technical and production side of every broadcast—keeping streams running flawlessly, supporting on-camera talent, and delivering a seamless viewer experience from start to finish.

We’re looking for a hands‑on self‑starter who moves fast, solves problems in real time, and takes ownership without waiting to be told what’s next.

• Location: On-site,Irvine, CA (in‑studio)
• Schedule: This role starts part‑time at ~30 hours/week
• Employment type: Hourly W2
• Pay: $35/hr + commission

What You’ll Do:

• Own the technical execution of every livestream, including equipment setup, stream configuration, and real‑time troubleshooting.

• Is dependable, proactive, and execution‑focused. This is a shift‑based role, so showing up prepared, on time, and ready to perform is essential.
