Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including Terms & Conditions processing, attendance tracking, and account follow-up.
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and return messages timely.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records to ensure smooth class operations.
• Assist with facility cleanliness (lobby, observation area, restrooms, front desk).
• Support opening and closing procedures to ensure readiness for customers.
• Greet customers warmly and build positive relationships.
• Conduct school tours and explain programs to families.
• Respond to inquiries (in person, phone, email) accurately and empathetically.
• Address and de-escalate customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Engage with parents about child progress and opportunities.
• Collaborate with instructors and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support a safety-focused culture and participate in trainings.
